Children
enhance their spatial and abstract thinking as they
explore space travel, the sun, the moon and
planets. They participate in activities involving "virtual"
trips through space to learn about the concepts of
gravity and weightlessness.

Children discover the wonder of plant animal and human
life through activities and scientific experimentation.
The FasTrack® Learning Station allows children to
take a “virtual” trip to the Amazon, the
Sahara and Antarctica to learn about their unique ecosystems.

Communication
skill grow as children explore different methods and
tools of information-sharing which have
been used throughout history. The children demonstrate
newly acquired communication skills through
role-playing exercises and videotaped productions.

Children
explore different styles of writing and emotional expression
used in stories from around the world.
They discover how to separate fact from opinion and
to communicate with enthusiasm through role-play
activities.

Children
learn to see and appreciate creativity in themselves
and others. Through stories and activities they
learn about different cultural styles, creativity and
imagination in music, art and dance. Individual and
team problem-solving skills are developed through activities
using the Learning Station.

The
earth reveals its wonder and variety as children explore
climate, geology and forces of nature. Activities
and games on the Learning Station allow the children
to take imaginary world journeys to examine and
understand the composition of the earth from its surface
to its core.

The
business world becomes real as children examine products
from around the world. Children participate
in an imaginary marketing survey and create an advertising
strategy to better understand their daily
economic impact.

Children
learn about teamwork as they explore how to set and
reach goals in their daily lives. Through
role-play activities they examine feelings, positive
solutions to peer pressure and rules of safety.

The
FasTrack® Learning Station makes numbers, time and
measurement come to life through stories and
games. Children are challenged to solve problems using
newly acquired numeric perception skills and
creativity as they explore mathematical shapes and patterns.

Children
participate in a variety of scientific experiments including
magnetism, floatation, molecular changes
and buoyancy. The children gain an understanding of
scientific observation, processes and analysis
through these experiments and games.

By
exploring a variety of performing arts, children gain
appreciation for the rich contribution of art and
culture. Classroom activities encourage children to
discover how to express their own unique originality
and abilities.

Children
explore the contributions of technology as they discover
what makes everyday items work. The
children apply scientific reasoning through activities
examining the technology of transportation, electricity
and computers.
