To help you determine whether a business opportunity with FasTracKids® might be right for you, here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive.

How can I determine if owning a FasTracKids® franchise is the
      right opportunity for me?

   • What kind of follow-up and support can I expect from FasTracKids®?
   • What can I expect to learn during the Initial Training Course?

How can I determine if owning a FasTracKids® franchise is the right opportunity for me?

FasTracKids licensees come from a variety of professional backgrounds and include teachers, daycare
center or preschool operators and business executives. The common traits these licensees share are that
they are all motivated, they have entrepreneurial goals, and they wish to serve children in their community.
If you possess these traits, a business opportunity with FasTracKids may also be right for you.

There is a response form on this Web site. Please fill it out completely and a FasTracKids representative
will then fax or e-mail a FasTracKids Overview Packet. This packet provides a summary of the FasTracKids
business opportunity and includes a Request For Consideration Form (RFC), which collects information about
you and your background. Upon receipt and approval of your RFC, we will send additional information, including
a video that explains our learning system process and shows samples of FasTracKids educational modules.
After receiving these materials, you may contact FasTracKids to schedule a telephone interview, during which
our representative will ask further questions about your experience and answer any questions you may have.
If it appears that you might make a good FasTracKids licensee, we will send you a Franchise Offering Circular,
which provides detailed information about a FasTracKids franchise. Then, you and we will discuss whether you will
attend a FasTracKids initial training program, and we may offer a franchise to you.

What kind of follow-up and support can I expect from FasTracKids®?

With FasTracKids, you are in business for yourself, not by yourself. FasTracKids Licensees receive many
forms of encouragement and support.

New licensees participate in an intensive Initial Training Course where they and/or their representative(s) will
be certified to teach the FasTracKids Enrichment Curriculum prior to investing in or starting the business.

The Initial Training Course is supplemented by periodic regional seminars and an annual international
conference where attendees not only have an opportunity to enhance their business and instruction skills,
but also experience a special camaraderie…and sharing of experiences…with FasTracKids Licensees from
around the world.

In addition, FasTracKids Licensees receive training on how to enroll students and support in such areas as
sales and telemarketing suggestions and classroom facilitation tips. Some of this support is furnished in
periodic newsletters and the FasTracKids Licensee Internet Web site.

Licensees also receive a FasTracKids Procedures Manual, which is an operational guide on how to manage,
market, and operate a FasTracKids business.

What can I expect to learn during the Initial Training Course?

The Initial Training Course usually takes place at FasTracKids’ World Headquarters in suburban Denver,
Colorado in the United States. During this course, you will learn about:

The FasTracKids® educational philosophy.
How to identify and market to prospective parents.
How to create a specific business strategy for your area.
How to enroll students.
How to operate the FasTrack Learning Station®.
How to conduct FasTracKids classes.
How to evaluate students’ progress.
How to operate a FasTracKids® Academy.
